Grub2 not detecting windows 10

I recently installed kali linux 2.0 on my laptop and dual booted it with pre installed windows 10 but now Grub2 is not showing the option of booting from windows 10. i tried updating grub and mounting OS partition but no use. Grub2 doesnt detect windows 10. I tried doing it manually by going into pc boot option an startup setup but couldnt find windows 10 boot option. please help . Thanks in advance.

then you are doing something wrong with installation of Kali. read post here on forum and examine what is wrong.

p.s. also in BIOS try to enable Legacy mode and see if it is problem
