Kali Cannot be Installed from USB

I tried to install Kali from usb.
The graphical install option failed.
I was unable to boot into windows
I again tried to install Kali 2.0 from DVD.That was very successful.
But swap partition was not available.
There may be some bugs

there is no bug with Kali. the problem is that people don't read how to install Kali.
