please help - resiiziing ecrypted persistence partition

Hi everyone,

I am using 'Live USB Encrypted Persistence', however my encrypted partition (4.018GB) is now too small.

I tried to increase the encrypted partition size by following this -

but there is enphasis on reducing the size and not increasing the size, so i ended up getting very confused.

Can anyone help me do this in a more user friendly way or 'how to' please
