Is there a way to use a USB LAN network card via OTG on a nexus 7 device running nethunter?

What specific problem are you running into?
On my Nexus 9 I plugged in my Unitek Y-3045 USB hub/LAN adapter into my OTG cable and the interface came up fine. I am now able to use my LAN connection to connect out over the OTG without issue.
