Keyboard and mouse freeze

Hello there,i-ve installed kali linux 2.0 2 days ago and i-ve noticed that everytime i boot the PC for the first time and i get to the log in screen (where i type username and passwd) my mouse and keyboard freeze and can-t login(also my keyboard turns off like isn-t even connected to the PC).Also this happens even when i reboot the system.The only way to solve this that i-ve found till now is to get to the log in screen,turn the system in standy-by mode and then turn it on again,then all devices start to work.Any suggestions?

Anything reported in the output of dmesg, or in /var/log?

What exactly do i need to look for?i-ve searched in the output of dmesg through console,and there are plenty of "gspca_zc3xx 1-1.3:1.0: URB error -32, resubmitting"or "device descriptor read/64, error -32" or "unable to enumerate USB device" and other reports like these written in red color text.Also,dmesg shows that after i suspend the system and then i turn it on again,there aren-t anymore of these "errors".

Did you install this on bare metal or a usb stick?

I-ve installed through usb stick,it works perfectly,only this problem it gave me till now.
