AlpsPS/2 ALPS GlidePoint id=11 [slave pointer (2)
DELL 1545 Inspiron Laptop.
Cannot enable tap-to-click or edge-scrolling.
This is typically a problem with new installs on most distros; but update/upgrade usually solves this problem. Unfortunately, this did not help. I've also read the other threads. They were no help either.
I suspect I will either need to install a different driver package, or edit a config file. I can do either; but I don't know where to start.
Any help appreciated.
