Hash Sum mismatch - main i386 texlive-latex-base-doc all 2016.20170123-5

Kali rolling
4.8.0-kali-amd64
VMware workstation 12

I'm getting this error when downloading or trying to apply this update

http.kali.org/kali/pool/main/t/texlive-base-latex-base-doc_2016.20170123-5_all.deb has Sum mismatch

Have tried the following

1. Apt-get update --fix-missing

2. Apt-get clean && apt-get update && apt-get dist-upgrade

Still no luck even after a clean download of this update.

Any ideas ?
