No Internet access from Firefox

Kali Version 4.18
kali-linux-2018.4-amd64 loaded in Oracle Virtualbox versionn 6.0.r128162 (Qt5.6.2) loaded on Windows 10 Home
loaded on a hp notebook Intel(R) Core(TM)i3-5010U CPU @ 2.10 GHz Installed memory (RAM) 6.00 GB 64-bit OS,
x64 based processor
After successfully install of kali linux on Virtualbox
logged in as root
launched firefox from icon in Kali get to
file:///usr/share/kali-defaults/web/homepage.html




I have done research on the web and I'm a noob... How can my Kali loaded on virtualbox hosted by windows communicate to the internet thru the host? I can ping 8.8.8.8 from terminal, but cannot receive page thru firefox in kali. I attached filed with details.

Those pictures are barely readable, they're tiny. For anything that's text, use the code tag next time, a picture isn't necessary in that case.

Do you have anything in /etc/resolv.conf?
