Plasma Dark Themes problem after update to 2019.4

I have same problem on two of my laptops with any plasma dark theme after update to 2019.4.
The problem is when i switch to any dark theme menu, windows frame switch to dark but windows content still in light color. If i open file manager section where is wile list is dark background but text still stay dark dosen switch to any light or white color. I chceck around 10 different themes and still same problem. I have excacly same problem on my another laptop, also i install kali 2019.2 just for test on my very old laptop (Deel XPS 15) and fter installation i setting to dark , everything OK and after update to 2019.4 same problem again... Any idea, enybody get same problem ?

On a fresh install of 2020.1 this can be solved by removing the kali-themes package, then rebooting:
sudo apt purge kali-themes

sudo apt purge kali-themes
