Unable to login into Windows using Kali Linux VM

Hi Team,

I am using kali linux VM on windows machine and I was able to ping windows machine from kali linux but I cannot login into windows machine using crackmapexec too.
Kali linux and windows OS is on the same machine and I have disabled the firewall too.

Attaching the screenshot. please tell me how can execute commands on windows maching using kali linux. first I would to check with cme tool.

Host is Windows and your VM is Kali.

You can ping vice-versa or both?
Are you trying to login from Kali to Windows?
