Missing Nvidia firmware

After many tries i managed to install Kali linux with default settings in a dual boot with windows with grub as the bootloader, windows boots up fine but trying to boot up kali throws up error that nvidia firmware is missing. I'm a complete noob here so i have no idea how to install the missing firmware.
Laptop Specs:
HP Omen 15
Amd Ryzen 7 48000H 8 core cpu
Nvidia 1650Ti Gpu
8gb Ram
512 SSD with 100 Gb partitioned for Kali Linux
Kali Linux 2020.3
