Windows Defender triggered when making a bootable Kali USB

I wasn't sure where to put this post so I decided the general would be okay

    Anyways

I was making a bootable kali drive with a new downloaded image with rufus

and windows defender was being triggered left and right which is very unusual for my machine because I do not install a lot of apps or anything non tech related.

This is what triggered the alerts

    PUA:Win32/Presenoker

    Affected Items
    file: F:\pool\main\d\dbd\dbd_1.50-1kali6_amd64.deb

    TrojanDownloader:Win32/Banload

    Affected Items
    file: F:\pool\main\h\hyperion\hyperion_2.0-0kali3_all.deb

    VirTool:PHP/Meterpreter.A!MTB

    Affected Items
    file: F:\pool\main\m\metasploit-framework\metasploit-framework_6.1.39-0kali1_amd64.deb

Are these false positives and is windows defender being paranoid or is rufus no longer a safe too to use for creating bootable USB's

If you're making a bootable drive/burning an .iso of Kali Linux, an Operating System full of Windows exploits, and you're concerned about whether Windows Defender is giving you false positives?

Then Kali Linux probably isn't for you.

Kali is a penetration testing distribution, and as such it contains many tools Windows defender will not like, because they can of course be used to exploit a ... windows system... its not Rufus that is the issue here..

I figured it was a false positive what through me off was the directory paths for each ?malicious? file system32 folder which is a common place for viruses/malware to end up.

Also, i know what the heck Kali is i don?t need the noob lecture. Jk 😉

But thanks for the clarity I was a little paranoid its time consuming when removing infections.
