Wifi connected but no internet connection

Hi,

I installed kali linux on an old pc (lenovo ideapad 330s), wifi is connected but when a do some research on firefox it tells me I don't have internet connection. (When I ping google it works)

I need help pls

some more info please, did you install Kali on 'bare metal' on the laptop, or in a VM?

ifconfig

Did you enable wireless autoconfig service? If not do it, or follow the instructions already mentioned here. All the best.
