missing driver on boot up

Hi
I have a successful install on intel compute stick STCK1A32WFCR. I have it installed on a 16gb SD card. The install went smoothly. On reboot it had an error Oxfffffffe missing file rtlwifi/rtl8723bs_nic.bin. I cant find the file on Intel download support. I tried rtl8732befw.bin but it would not load. Can you send a link firstly. Also how do I load this on the compute stick? It did have windows 8.1 on it but it would not boot up. I run linux ubuntu on my second desktop so I am keen to get this working.
