A probleme in Apache2

Hello, I have a problem with apache2 on Kali Linux, where when I type the apache2 command to change it, the following error appears:
[Mon Jan 01 13:40:17.091363 2024] [core:warn] [pid 14369] AH00111: Config variable ${APACHE_RUN_DIR} is not defined
apache2: Syntax error on line 80 of /etc/apache2/apache2.conf: DefaultRuntimeDir must be a valid directory, absolute or relative to ServerRoot.
I tried many solutions, I reinstalled the system but it did not work, is there a solution to this problem and thank you.
