kali user without root access

ive created a kali user and after switching it said the user not in the sudoers folder i followed some online tutorial but most of them based on removing the user or creating another user with root access but how am i supposed to do it when i have only a single user without root access i am using kali vm i am a beginner so sorry if my question sounds stupid or something ill love to get help and thanks (i need a method to remove the user ive created without root accessi cant do it cause you cant remove or add a user without a root acces)
