Kex 2020.4 Bug please help

Hello community,

I have tried to fix this bug but have been unable to.

With the new update you can run kex to get the GUI for WSL2. This seemed to work fine initially.

Once I tried, kali@kali:~$ kex --esm --ip --sound which worked, then shutdown my computer I got an error when kex is used again.
Everything was shutdown correctly (kex stop/kill) which is why I was surprised it wasn't working.

After this the GUI doesn't display at all......

p.s tried killing and stopping
