AWUS036H driver error

Hi All,

I have just brought a ALFA AWUS036H wireless adapter so i can use it with Kali. I was under the impression that it would work straight out of the box. When i connect it to Kali (connecting via a VM) Kali says there is a driver error?

Any ideas on what i could do?
