Dell G5 15 Dual Boot Windows 11 Issue

I have a Dell G5 15 laptop and when I choose Kali from the boot menu if does a memory check, say there is no OS installed and prepares for a shut down.
I have done the following.
- Disabled Fast Bootup in Windows 11
- In bios Settings / Boot Sequence / Boot List Option / Legacy External Devices is enabled.
- In bios Settings / Advance Boot Options / Enable Legacy Options Roms is enabled.
- In bios Settings / Security / PTT Security is disabled.
