Touchpad on Dell Latitude E5530

I have Kali Linux installed on Latitude e5530. Everything seems to work well, except my touchpad. I can't use its edge for up/down scrolling. It's not a very big deal, but is annoying and is something I would like to fix.

I tried googleing, I tried search through Kali forums, but found nothing useful.

Also, "System Settings" / "Mouse and Touchpad" shows only "Mouse" tab. There is no tab for touchpad.

Any clues what to do?
