Open Vas remain 1% progress even for few hours?

Hi all I have managed to setup open vas on kali. Now whenever I run the scan it shows only 1% even for many hours. What could be the issue here?

OpenVas does not refresh in real time, you have to set it up to refresh scan, it's either every 10, 30, 60 sec, it's that drop down menu that says: "No auto-refresh"
