Installation in VBox fail

HI this is my first message here, and is to ask for help
i try to install 3 times kali in virtual box step by step with the tutorials everything went good on the installation but on the first boot dont show the splash just the background image and a message like "something goes wrong" with a sad computer i dont know what happen i enbled the PAE/NX config and install with debian and linux 2.6/3 type but dont work. i attach a screenshot that i took
