Problem with KVM and VMWare installl

Hey,

I have installed on my laptop Kali linux 2.0 and want to instal VMWare player and KVM. First problem with VMWare i try with: http://docs.kali.org/general-use/ins...ols-kali-guest and i try with download file form vmware offical site and just run file vmware 12.0.0 .bundle and on end of installtion its problem:

Problem with kvm its when i open virt-manager its write "cannot connect with library libvirt" and check that libvirtd its run. Simple i try run libvirtd on console and its write:
