Help: characters problem
Hi everyones,
I have a big problem with all characters on my Kali Sana.
All of my characters have been changed after and update and I don't know how to resolve this.
I see all menus like this: ☐☐☐☐☐☐☐☐☐
I see all applications names like that: ☐☐☐☐☐☐☐☐☐☐☐☐
All folders ands documents: ☐☐☐☐☐☐☐☐☐☐☐☐☐☐
All programs work, but I can't navigate normally with characters like ☐☐☐☐☐☐☐☐ and ☐☐☐☐☐☐☐☐☐☐☐☐☐.
If you have a solution, I would be happy.
Thanks
PS: Sorry for my English, I'm not very good ;)

Rebuild your font cache
fc-cache -f
Restart or restart gnome

Sounds like a GUI problem...have you tried removing & reinstalling GDM?
Also, I don't think Kali Sana is supported since the release of Kali Rolling; not sure how much longer the Sana repos will be up.

Thanks a lot guys, it work now.
I post the solution for people who have the same problem:
1/ First open a terminal and type:
fc-cache -f
2/ Restart
3/ If it does not work, press Alt + F2. A window will open. In this window enter:
rm -rf .gnome .gnome2 .gconf .gconfd .metacity
4/ Restart
