kali-win-kex_2.6 install problems

Hello,
I have tried to install kali on WSL with win-kex, it all works until I go to run the

sudo apt upgrade && sudo apt install -y kali-win-kex

---

This upgrades fine but with the installation of the kex it fails with the following message.

I have tried `apt autoremove` and `apt install kali-win-kex -f `but any other help would be appreciated
