Release File Not Valid Yet

I have tried sudo apt-get update on a live system and it returns this error;

this was working on previous live boots but as of yesterday it stopped working and returned a time error. I tried waiting but that didnt work. I also tried resetting the system clock and encountered a host of other issues with ntp.
