Issue With Live USB Boot on Dell Inspiron

I have a kali live usb, and it boots fine on my custom desktop, but when I boot on the dell inspiron 14 I have a weird issue. Computer boots kali and I select forensics mode then when kali desktop should show up I get a distorted screen then the monitor goes off for a minute or so then I get a oops issue and has a button for log out. I click log out then I get another oops and says can't recover and I end up having to force shut down. I have also tried booting amd 64, and I have tried installing it. Installing just ends a complete fail, it says it finished then reboots and then dell smart helper whatever junk on the mobo says somethings wrong with boot up.

dell inspiron 14
intel celeron
2gb ram
32 gb emmc

the live usb is a 3.0 corsair voyager go 32 gb
and is running 3 partitions one kali, the 2nd is LUKS, and third is just for storing packages.

Any suggestions to fix the issue will be greatly appreciated!
