problem with the C functions manpage

Hello all,
in the kali distribution when I execute the command

man qsort

---

I see a page that contains the whole "stdlib.h" documentation with all it's functions and structs with very poor description and parameter description, including the qsort function, and I have to search for it in that very big page.
In the other hand, when I exécute the same command in Ubuntu, I get a page for only that function with detailled description and even with an application example.
Do you know how I can make kali better organize the C manpage?
