[URGENT] Raspberry Pi B+ USB & Ethernet ports not working

Hi guys,

I'm currently facing problem with Kali Linux 1.0.9 RPI image on my Raspberry Pi B+.
The USB ports and Ethernet port are not working (USB Keyboard, mouse, RJ45 cable etc can't be used).

Tried other OS such as NOOBS, USB and Ethernet ports are working fine.

Kali Linux runs and boot up fine, it shows the login screen, however I'm not able to login at all since USB keyboard can't be used.
SSH is not possible as Ethernet port is not working, I can't get it to connect to any network.

Is there any workaround to this? I have to get the Kali up and running in a day time, please help!
