Unable to change region/country so i can Tx Power to 30dBm

Hello,

I have been trying to change my region/country so i can increase my antenna TX Power to 30dBm for the last 2 weeks but i haven't been able to do so. Followed this post: https://null-byte.wonderhowto.com/ho...0-dbm-0149606/ and many others to no avail. Anyone been able to do so? i'm stuck in Global Country 00: DFS-UNSET
