Issue on Samsung Chromebook, gets stuck on webcam detection during boot

Hi
I have 2 Chromebooks and i have setup Kali Linux 1.05 on them using SDcards. The boot/work fine most of the time.
After couple of reboots the booting gets stuck where its detecting webcam.
It seems that memory card gets corrupted as i can make it work on other chromebook as well. I create another card or redo this memory card and that works fine for sometime and again it hangs after few reboots.

I am rebooting using refresh+power button press sequence.

Any idea what could be wrong?
