Unable to Dual Boot KALI on MSI Alpha 15 A3DD

This my first post here as a newbee.So please help me fix it.I tried to dual boot with a bootable pendrive.
The graphical install was successful but was stuck at tty1 although grub2 is perfectly installed.
The boot option doesn't appear.
All settings are fine.


IN BIOS:
1.secure boot & fast boot are disabled.
2.Boot priorites are also perfectly set.


IN WINDOWS:
1.msconfig shows only windows and not kali
2.msinfo32 doesn't show kali in other OS description.
3. view advanced system settings-->advanced-->startup and recovery-->settings-->system startup-->default OS also doesn't show KALI
4.But in advanced system startup-->use a device-->KALI (is found,which is saved as a se​parate bootable file)
