Issue with Bluetooth Adaptor

I have dual boot windows and kali Linux and bluetooth is working fine in windows and it was working too in Ubuntu but recently I have installed kali and I have installed everything like blueman etc and turned on my Bluetooth too via terminal and when I am turning on my Bluetooth it turns on then search for devices and I can pair my headsets too. But the issue is its automatically turning off and on every 5 seconds continuously and its too irritating, after figuring for sometime i noticed my inbuilt bluetooth adaptor keeps detecting and undetecting every 5 seconds. Please help me to sort-out my issue.
