dual booting kali 2023.3 with win 11 on acer laptop

so I have tried every single solution posted on the internet trying to fix this but I couldn't, so as my last resort I'm asking here.
I've tried installing kali on a new partition of the C: drive from an USB but every time i get to the "Detecting hardware to find installation media" the percentual never goes higher than 0% (I've tried leaving my pc overnight with the same results) and trying to install ubuntu freezes anyway. I'm desperate plz help
