Installing kali Linux using Linux deploy by meefik and vnc viewer

I have searched the entire forum and other sources via Google and YouTube but hasn't gotten a solution.
About my phone.
Tecno A7
Android 4.4.2
Kernel 3.4.67
Armv71 architecture
Supports loop devices
2Gb RAM, 32Gb internal memory, uses no marmot card.

So I tried to install kali Linux on this phone using the Linux deploy version 1.5.3-174 , connected it to the Internet, downloaded the image after setting it as well as I think but it won't work. I could see from the log file each time I try to the install that the SSH and vnc ports are not working. I hope you get my complain pls help!!!
