updated 1.0.4 ISO becomes 1.0.5?

I'm not clear on the quote above.

If I have 1.0.4 and generate an updated ISO after 1.0.5 is available, will the resulting ISO be a 1.0.5 ?
and will it be the same as a 1.0.5 ISO from the download section?
