Annoying screen keyboard

Hi guys.
I have kali linux and I went to keyboard and shortcuts and I don't know what I did that every time I want to type anything anywhere (browser, any typing field) an annoying screen keyboard pops up and I can't get it off. I have tried to go to shortcuts and make/inable a shortcut which can remove the screen keyboard but I failed.

Any advice please.. I can't do anything with my kali...
(BTW, it's a navy keyboard)
