Missing Firmware rtw8821c_fw

Hello

I'm trying to install Kali on an Asus laptop

I get the message 'The missing firware files are rtw88/rtw8821c_fw.bin

I have downloaded both the file and the .deb package but continue to get the same message

I have read through the various suggestions on this forum bt continue to get the same message - one suggestion on the forum was to continue and do an update but without a network connection this is not possible

Could someone give me some guidance as to what file i need and where to put it on the usb to get it recognised
