Best dual band usb wifi dongle for Kali Linux thus far?

I am looking for a USB WiFi dongle that has good support for Kali Linux, especially Aircrack. This USB WiFi dongle should support the latest WiFi protocols. I am hoping for something less than $50, but if there is nothing available at that price range, than the next best price is preferred. At least reasonable shipping to Canada, is a must.

I would also like the USB WiFi dongle to be fast and capable for normal WiFi usage in congested areas like Universities and Downtown locations.

I have spent months trying to find something that meets my requirements, but I figure those who are more knowledgeable, may be able to help me.

I have had good success with the Alfa AWUSH036H and the newer AWUS036NEH. The latter can be bought at hak5.org for about $20 USD.

The AWUS036NEH appears to be only 2ghz, not 5ghz or even dual band.

I will settle for just a 5ghz USB dongle, as I have a functioning 2ghz one.

I have been using the Edimax Nano USB WiFi adapter (EW-7811Un), but it has a small antenna and only supports the 2ghz band.
