Help, Headphones don't work, Kali Rolling 2017.1, ASUS X555U

Hi, I am running Kali Rolling 2017.1, on my ASUS X555U, from non encrypted persistence partitioned 8Gb USB stick.

My laptop's speakers work, HDMI works but when i plug in the headphones, nothing happens the front speakers keep working and the headphones don't appear anywhere.
