javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: No valid pins found in chain!

OnePlus n10 5g, magisk 23.0 oos 11.1.1.1 (android 11) - just upgraded to new Nethunter app

Error in the Chroot download.

Error in the Chroot download, possible causes: server down or conection issues, here is the error: javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: No valid pins found in chain!

Error received when using the newest Nethunter chroot app... (Reason for reinstallation was recieving error when trying to upgrade and update- some error like unable to resolve source http://kali.org/rolling dist something- where as it apt update && apt upgrade fine before) so full chroot uninstallation and upgraded Nethunter chroot app and now this error as shown above.. any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated
