RTL8187L, RT3070, and RTL8188CU (RTL8192) getting channel -1 error.
Hey guys, ever since I've upgraded to Kali 1.0.6 amd64 in Virtualbox, all of my wireless adapters are getting the channel -1 error in the aircrack suite. The rt3070 and rtl8188cu always did but NEVER my RTL8187L (Alfa AWUS036H). I did a fresh install of Kali Linux 1.0.6, reinstalled the headers and guest additions, but I'm still getting channel -1 error. The cards do still work in monitor mode, injection it working, but it's just getting annoying to have to type --ignore-negative-one every time. I've also tried patching the drivers following this guide but when i ran
it gave me errors. I'm pretty sure the drivers already come pre-patched though...
In 1.0.5 I never had any problems and I'm still using the same host computer (2012 MacBook Pro).
