The 8225 is an SOC not a wifi chipset so.... no, it's not compatible? You need to know the actual wifi chipset, and assuming you're talking about a phone, you'll need to rebuild your kernel to enable wifi injection and quite likely they don't use mac80211, so you'd need to get your hands dirty digging in to the code for the wifi driver to patch it properly. This is not a simple task for someone who isn't familiar with wifi at all.
