Beef Stopped Working after update and upgrade

After changing the repository to the recommended repositories by Offensive Security, and running an update and upgrade I am unable to work with Beef

Whenever I run beef-xss am redirected to the Portal which doesn't show. no errors received, service started


Any hints? (Kali noob..)

There's an alternate way to start Beef in Kali: the /usr/share/beef-xss/beef script. Try ./beef from /usr/share/beef-xss, and see what happens.
