Help: How do you install Alfa driver software?

So, I'm really a linux noob and just trying to figure out how in the heck do I install Alfa USB wireless card drivers?

I downloaded the linux package, but really don't know what in the heck to do. So stressed out right now trying to get my Alfa AWUS036NH antenna to detect networks.

Note: I'm running Kali in virtual box and the adapter is recognized. Just need to install this package and things should be working properly for myself. Thanks to any who may help!

I'm to Windows executables. I need to install this so I can continue stress testing.

Firmware should already be there. Try this

I think I tried those commands previously after referencing some other help page, but it may have been a little different, so I'll try those commands here in a bit and let you know.
