Parallels 16 blank white screen after installing parallel tools kali 2019.4

so Parallels support says that version 2019 is the latest supposed version and after installing and then installing parallel tools, blank white screen.

any work arounds?

I disabled 3D acceleration on parallels and that worked for me.
