Kali encrypted persistence can't run apt?

First of all, I have to say sorry for my English typing Orz

I just used Kali encrypted persistence
everything was fine...... until i typed

apt update && apt upgrade && apt dist-upgrade

---

After few hours upgrading.....and boom i runs out with error messages such as vmlinuz is not a directory, bla bla bla
After all, I can't install anything else.....
(I can't say it in detail, because i formatted it, and retrying><)

What's wrong?

PS:If anyone use Kali persistence and can apt update successfully, please let me know.
