Need help : GeForce GTX 480 GPU 'unsupported'

Graphics card driver seem installed, but GPU says 'unsupported'
my Linux und3fined 5.4.0-kali2-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 5.4.8-1kali1 (2020-01-06) x86_64 GNU/Linux
I'm currently running a wpa gpu hashcat crack on my home router and it seems that I'm using the GPU :

I didn't have 29413 H/s (7.37ms) before so I assumed so even with the GPU thing not showing on nvidia-smi
Here's the steps I took to install the driver:

nvidia-legacy-390xx-driver
apt-get install nvidia-legacy-390xx-smi
apt-get install nvidia-legacy-390xx-opencl-icd
Reboot
nvidia-smi
hashcat -b Check
apt-get install mesa-utils
glxgears
Please let me know what I'm doing wrong...
