Best of the New Generation of ARM Devices For Kali and NetHunter

Hi To All
I wasted my 4 years by buying Galaxy Note 10.1 P601 because i thought it will support Kali as its previous version note 2012 but it didn't and offensive-sec team event did not talk about that
now i'm gonna buy new device and i'm not sure about Kali team next step so what is your suggestion between
1-Galaxy Tab S3
2-Samsung Chromebook Plus

Spen is important for me

i will buy a Nethunter device inside them

so what do you think? which one will be supported by Kali team?
