Troubleshooting packages installation and update

Hi all, i have the next problem:

after installing this script: https://gist.github.com/kytulendu/33...-opencl-amd-sh

the script works great, its all good. BUT:
after installing it whenever i update or install anything on the terminal i get the following:
for example upgrading reaver:
